It's me! I'm officially 54 and I wanted to step up and show my much better me...since May.
I am back on the Low Carb lifestyle an not only have I lost 31+ lbs I am showing much better numbers at my Dr's office visits. I had youngest DS take a few pictures for me and to use as a new Avatar and decided I would share my success and happy feelings.
Onward and downward!
